While Kerugma Productions' DVDs are available through different vendors, the public must please be cautious of vendors that are trying to distribute it illegally. Whenever we become aware of anyone distributing any of our products illegally, we will warn you against them here. However, Kerugma Productions do not accept any responsibility for any loss or inconvenience suffered by anyone buying any of our products supplied by an illegal source, including sources not yet mentioned here. Since October 2009 Maranatha is the distributor of Kerugma’s series by Dr. Randall Smith, Exploring The Lands of The Bible. Maranatha distributes this series throughout Southern Africa to both Christian as well as secular book stores.
Since October 2011 Brettian Productions are distributing Kerugma Productions' DVDs and BDs to all stores in Southern Africa.

As a result of certain facts which came to light, Kerugma Productions terminated the collaborative agreement between Humble Pie Entertainment and Kerugma Productions on 20 March 2009. Since this date Humble Pie Entertainment may not distribute, advertise, or handle in any way any product produced and or distributed by Kerugma Productions or distributed by Kerugma Productions on behalf of other companies or individuals or any product holding the name or logo of Kerugma Productions.
