DVDs that are only available in NTSC, generally plays in all DVD players and also on all multi system TVs as well as on all LCDs, LEDs and Plasma Screens. Please check the documentation that came with your player and screen for confirmation. However DVDs that are only available in NTSC will not display correctly on one of the old PAL only TVs. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by this situation. One solution is that some DVD players have a menu setting that say something such as: ‘For playback on a PAL TV’. Please enable this function on your DVD player and our NTSC DVD should play back on your PAL only TV.

PAL is the colour coding system for television widely used in the UK, Europe, South Africa and throughout the world. The acronym is derived from Phase Alternating Line (PAL). For a more comprehensive list of countries using the PAL format please follow this link.
It is required from customers to make sure that their Video/DVD machines can play back and that their TV sets can display the colour system (PAL / NTSC) which they choose when placing an order.
Although Kerugma Productions are located in a PAL country, since we are filming in High Definition (HD), we are also doing it in NTSC because our largest market is in countries which have NTSC only Screens. The transfer cost from PAL to NTSC and visa versa in HD is much higher than what it used to be in Standard Definition (SD). Thus to avoid these costs we decided to rather do all our future productions in NTSC which can be viewed globally.
